Orientation

At MANWEB, orientation session is conducted for every employee. Which includes all the relevant information step wise to know about the new foreign employer, country of deployment, its customs and values for discipline, project knowledge and welfare facilities prior to departure.

We consider our each employee as the “Nation’s Ambassador” and make sure to have the awareness to strengthen the integrity and respect of their homeland. All employees are made aware of their employer’s expectations and their work conditions both at site and the living etc. They are briefed tolerance as they will be mixing in with different cultures and races.

Trade Test

MANWEB has well established infrastructural facilities as required by clients to conduct interviews and trade tests for overseas recruitments. Which is accredited by TEVTA (Government of Pakistan), City & Guilds (UK) and CIDB (Malaysia)

Our workshops are assisted with supervision, space, latest equipments, machinery and tools required for a trade test.

MANWEB is served as a venue for our valuable clients.

Trade tests may be facilitated as per the client’s requirement. 

Health & Safety

Health and operational safety is on top agenda for MANWEB management. Because we know that, health and safety is the key factor for all the industries in order to promote the wellness of both employees and employers.

Health and Safety Training is a part of all training modules. The training covers all the essential topics including manual handling, working at heights, PPE, Site safety signs, Tool Box Meetings/Stocks etc

This training is provided by means of audio and video manners.
